Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to service visits, installations, maintenance plans and purchases from Bluefire Air.

Quotes and pricing

Repairs are quoted at a fixed price after diagnosis and before work begins. The diagnostic fee is credited to the repair if you approve it. Estimates for new systems are free and valid for 30 days.

Appointments

Visits can be rescheduled or cancelled online up to 4 hours before the arrival window. Emergency visits are charged the emergency fee quoted on the phone.

Maintenance plans

Plans are billed yearly, start on the day of purchase and can be cancelled at any time; unused visits are refunded pro rata. Repair discounts apply to parts and labour on covered equipment.

Warranties

New installations carry a 10-year parts and labour warranty when the system is registered and maintained yearly. Repairs carry a 2-year workmanship warranty.

Shop orders

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Filters in the wrong size are exchanged free of charge.
