How do I pay for my visit?

You pay after the work is done, by card or e-transfer. The diagnostic fee is credited to the repair if you go ahead, and estimates for new systems are free.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours before your arrival window, at no charge.

Do I need to be home?

An adult needs to be home to let the technician in and approve any work. For tenants, the owner can approve by phone.

Can I book a specific technician?

Yes. Choose the technician in the booking form, or click "Book with" on their profile. If they are not free, we suggest the next earliest time.
